Shipping policy

Free Shipping (United States)

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process before it ships. Once it ships, your purchase will arrive approximately 7-10 business days, within the continental United States if it is not on Pre-Order. If an item is on Pre-Order it will say so on the product page and in your Order Confirmation email. Pre-Order items will ship as soon as they become available.

PO Boxes & Army Base Deliveries:
We unfortunately are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Army Base delivery locations.

Expedited Shipping

$20 Flat rate for 2-3 business day shipping within the continental United States (excluding HI and AK). For international orders, please contact us at cs@ruti.com or at 1.415.651.3331

 

Taxes and Duties

The customer is responsible for all customs fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed prior to delivery. If a customer refuses to accept a package because of taxes and duties and the package is returned to Ruti, the customer will still be liable for 25% of the original order cost not to exceed $150 USD.

Pre Orders

All items on Pre Order will be notated on its product page on ruti.com with an estimated ship week. By purchasing an item on Pre Order, you are agreeing to the terms detailed here and on our FAQ page. 

All items on Pre Order have varying estimated ship dates. You can also check your Pre Order item status here. Log in with the email you placed the order with. Pre Order estimated ship dates are approximations. If an item is delayed more than 10 days we'll notify customers via email. Note if you cancel an item on Pre Order and wish to reorder, you will be placed at the end of the queue as all Pre Orders are fulfilled based on date ordered priority.

 

Important Disclaimers:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before shipping. Ruti cannot replace packages sent to the wrong address.
  • We cannot make any changes can be made to orders, shipping addresses, and/or shipping speed after an order has been submitted.
  • If you require a signature required you must select a shipping option where it is stated. All signature required shipping options are an additional $7 on top of the shipping speed. Our Free Shipping option is not eligible for a signature required option. Please make arrangements for safe arrival of your parcel.
  • Ruti cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
