Our merchandise is offered for sale by RUTI Inc. for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. All returns and exchanges must be made within one week (7 days) of delivery. Intimate apparel items cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and/or packing slip. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10-14 business days. Loyalty Points will now expire after 1 year of inactivity starting 6/12/23.To keep your points you must be considered an "Active User". You are considered "active" if you have shopped online or in stores, referred a friend, redeemed points, or created an account. After 1 year of inactivity, customers will lose their accrued point balance.
If you've renewed/purchased an Inner Circle Membership after 6/12/22 you will remain in your Membership until your year ends. We will not be renewing any memberships at this time. After your annual membership ends (dates will vary based on sign-up date), you will be automatically placed into the appropriate tier based on your lifetime spend. If you are no longer an Active Inner Circle Member, you will be automatically placed into your Tier based on your lifetime spend.
By submitting a Sell Back, you are agreeing to these terms and rules stated on the Sell Back page and our FAQ. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and RUTI, INC. will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched.
