Taxes and Duties

The customer is responsible for all custom fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed prior to delivery. If a customer refuses to accept a package because of taxes and duties and the package is returned to Ruti, the customer will still be liable for 25% of the original order cost not to exceed $150 USD.


We want you to love your Ruti items. So if there's anything that just doesn't work for you, of course we will accept a return.

Because our selection changes so frequently, and many of our items are limited edition, we ask that you send your items back to us within 14 days from receiving your shipment for a full refund of online orders, unless it is final sale. Any return sent back beyond 14 days from the customer receiving it is only eligible for a store credit. We are sorry, but any items beyond 30 days are not eligible for returns.

Final Sale:
Final sale items are any that are discounted 50% off or more

Only items in new, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny the return, if the item/s do not meet the policy requirements above.

How to Make a Return

Return labels generated by RUTI will be free of charge.
Locate your order number & the shipping zip code associated with your order to initiate the returns process. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received, on the invoice in your shipment, or in the My Account section online.

Enter in your Order # & Shipping Zip Code

You will be prompted to select which items you'd like to return or exchange. You can only select items that are eligible for a return or exchange. 

Select your reason for return/exchange and you will be emailed a shipping label. 

You will be notified of  your return label is ready to be downloaded.


Print/affix the return label to your package

1. Print and affix the pre-paid label you were emailed to the package.

2. Include the original packing slip and/or email confirmation inside the package.

Ship It

Drop off your package at your local Fedex store within 14 days of receiving the item from RUTI.
