How do I sell back my Ruti clothing?

What if I want to sell back Ruti items I purchased before I started my membership?
The first time you join the Ruti Inner Circle, you're eligible to sell back any qualifying Ruti label item*. As an active member, you can sell back any Ruti items you no longer need for a credit of 20% of the original purchase price. If you cancel your membership and subsequently re-join the program, we will be happy to buy back any items you purchase subsequent to the repurchase date of your membership.
*Items must meet requirements to be eligible for credit.
Which items qualify for a Sell Back credit?
Any Ruti Label item in wearable condition except shoes, jewelry, basics (camis/tanks, leggings), and masks. Please wash all items before sending them back to be eligible for a credit
What if I live outside of the US?
Inner Circle Members that live outside of the US are limited to 2 Sell Backs per calendar year
What is the value of the double loyalty points?
All customers enrolled in our loyalty program receive a 5% credit back on every purchase they make. One loyalty point is earned for every dollar spent. As a member of the Inner Circle, you will earn 2 loyalty points for every dollar spent which is equivalent to a 10% credit back on every purchase you make.
How do I check my current loyalty points balance?
Log into your ruti.com account. Go to "My Account" area and click "Points and Rewards"
Will my membership auto-renew?
Yes, your credit card will automatically be charged for your membership renewal each year on the anniversary of the date you originally joined. You will be reminded via email about your membership renewal 3 days prior to your renewal date. You receive the same set of benefits for each year you are a member. The item that is offered as a free gift each year of the membership is subject to change.
How can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership for a full refund up to 30 days from the date your membership started. However, if you have already used your $200 gift card and/or redeemed your free tank, we will not be able to refund your membership.
