RUTI, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven individual with a relentless commitment to top-notch customer service, to be our Store Manager/ Stylist/ Key Holder at our Venice, CA store.

Qualifications:

Must have strong relevant experience in the retail industry
Must have experience in clienteling and strong sales skills
Ability to interact with customers and clients in a sales-minded but still upbeat, composed, and honest manner
Exceptionally strong work ethic
Executive mindset, but with a hands-on approach
Excellent verbal and written skills
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
Experienced and motivated in meeting business targets
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Loves to dress up and is crazy about life
