We offer Free Shipping on any purchase over $100.*
Please allow 48 hours for your order to process before it ships. Once it ships, your purchase will arrive in 7-10 business days, within the continental United States.

If you are shipping to AK or HI, please email us at [email protected] to get an estimated delivery window.

*If order total is under $100 after discounts/loyalty, shipping will be charged regardless of Loyalty Tier status.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

$10 Flat rate for ground (3-6 business days) or $15 Flat Rate for 2-3 business day shipping within the continental United States (excluding HI and AK).

Taxes & Duties

The customer is responsible for all custom fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed prior to delivery. If a customer refuses to accept a package because of taxes and duties and the package is returned to Ruti, the customer will still be liable for 25% of the original order cost not to exceed $150 USD.

Pre Orders

All items on Pre Order will be notated on its product page on ruti.com with an estimated ship week. By purchasing an item on Pre Order, you are agreeing to the terms detailed here and on our FAQ page. 

All items on Pre Order have varying estimated ship dates. You can also check your Pre Order item status here. Log in with the email you placed the order with. Pre Order estimated ship dates are approximations. If an item is delayed more than 10 days we'll notify customers via email. Note if you cancel an item on Pre Order and wish to reorder, you will be placed at the end of the queue as all Pre Orders are fulfilled based on date ordered priority.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Ruti items. So if there's anything that just doesn't work for you, of course we will accept a return.


Shoes: For shoe returns to be accepted, shoes must be completely unworn and unused and in their original box. If there are signs of wear or the original box is not included, shoes will not be accepted or qualify for a return.

All products discounted 50% off or more are final sale.

IN-STORE RETURNS

For items purchased in stores:
Because our selection changes so frequently, and many of our items are limited edition, we ask that you return new, unworn products purchased in store with price tags still attached no later than two weeks (14 days) after the purchase has been made may be returned for store credit only.

Please note that Ruti charges an $8 restocking fee for all US returns, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge the restocking fee for customers who choose the store credit options or exchanges during the returns process. All returns to Ruti stores are complimentary. ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
Because you haven’t tried on these garments prior to purchase, we allow a refund when you send your unused items back to us within 14 days from receiving your shipment (unless the item is final sale, see criteria below). Your $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Any return postmarked between 14 and 30 days from the date you received your package is only eligible for a store credit. Any items received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for returns.

Only items in new, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned. Upon receipt of returned goods, RUTI.com reserves the right to deny the return, if the item/s do not meet the policy requirements above.



FINAL SALE
Final sale items are any that were purchased at a discount of 50% off or more. Gift boxes are final sale.


THIRD PARTY RETURNS (META, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, ETC)

If an order is placed and checked out on a third party platform, we are unable to provide custom refund amounds. If an order is eligible for a price adjustment, you either must return your order and replace it on ruti.com or accept store credit.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ONLINE


Return labels generated by RUTI.com are free of charge. Locate your order number & the shipping zip code associated with your order to initiate the returns process. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received, on the invoice in your shipment, or in the My Account section online.

How to print your return label:

1. Go to https://shopruti.loopreturns.com

Then, enter your order # & shipping zip code.

2. You will be prompted to select which items you'd like to return or exchange. You will only be permitted to select items that are eligible for a return or exchange.

3. Select your reason for return/exchange and submit your request.

4. Print your free shipping label from the email you received. 

5. Affix label to package, and include the original packing slip and/or email confirmation inside the package.

 6. Drop off at your local USPS post office within 14 days of receiving the item(s) from RUTI.

RUTI is not liable for orders that are not scanned by USPS.


Returns can take up to 14 days to process upon being received.


Refunds:

If you're eligible for a refund, it can take up to 30 days to show up on your bank statement, depending on your bank provider. Most customers see it around 15 days.


Store Credit

If you're eligble for Store Credit in your return, you will receive it via an emailed Gift Card automatically upon your return marked In Transit by your postal carrier.


Exchanges:

If you're eligible for an exchange, Your new exchanged order will process upon your return being marked In Transit by your postal carrier. Any dollar incentive to exchange cannot be transferred. It is exclusively available for that exchange.


Instant Exchanges:

If you opt for an Instant Exchange, you are agreeing to be charged in full for your returned items if they are not marked In Transit by your postal carrier within 3 days of initiating your return.


More about Instant Exchanges: Customers who get an Instant Exchange enter their card information, which creates their exchange order immediately. We'll place a hold on the customer's card for $1 to get the card information. As soon as the product is in transit back to RUTI, we remove the hold. Any customers who don't return the exchange product within a 14 days of initiating the Return set will be charged for the new product.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International orders, the return fee is $20 USD for refunds or store credit.

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on ruti.com that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your item.


Returned items are eligible for refund or store credit if return package is postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.


Any international order postmarked for return between 14-30 days after receiving original order will only be eligible for store credit.


We do not accept exchanges for international orders at this time.

Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.

Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
