RULES
The Sell Back Program is exclusive for Diamond Tier Loyalty Customers. Learn more about our Loyalty Program here.
We accept:
Any Ruti labeled garment originally purchased at Ruti, excluding any leggings, any tanks, any camisoles, shoes, jewelry, handbags.
In order to donate or resell to women in need, Sell Back items must be in wearable condition
On qualifying items, you will be rewarded in the form of Loyalty Points. The Sell Back amount is listed below:
Tops: $25
Pants: $35
Dresses: $40
Jackets/Blazers: $35
Vest: $30
Once items are sent to us, they cannot be returned back to you.
Only items that meet our requirements will receive credit back in Loyalty Points.

By submitting a Sell Back, you are agreeing to all of these rules.
At this time we are only accepting Sell Backs from those in the Diamond Level Tier ($10,000+ lifetime spend).*
*Those in an active Inner Circle Membership can submit sell backs until their membership expires.
You must first be logged into your ruti.com account, then go to My Sell Backs to check the status of your sell back. You can also access this page from the My Account drop down in the top right corner.
You begin by submitting the form above. If you are shipping to us directly, you will be sent a shipping label. If you are dropping off in store, you must bring your eligible items to your nearest RUTI location.
We do not award credit to non-Ruti labeled/branded items, except handbags
Once you send an item to us, we are unable to send it back to you. Regardless of whether it qualifies for points.
We reward approximately 20% on qualifying items. You will be rewarded in the form of Loyalty Points. The Sell Back amount is listed below:

You can check your point balance by logging into your ruti.com account. Go to your account details and go to Points and Rewards.
