Expedited Shipping

$10 Flat rate for 2-3 day shipping within the continental United States (excluding HI and AK).

Taxes and Duties

The customer is responsible for all custom fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed prior to delivery. If a customer refuses to accept a package because of taxes and duties and the package is returned to Ruti, the customer will still be liable for 25% of the original order cost not to exceed $150 USD.


We want you to love your Ruti items. So if there's anything that just doesn't work for you, of course we will accept a return. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with making a return. Because our selection changes so frequently, and many of our items are limited edition, we ask that you send your items back to us within one week (7 days) from receiving shipment. An item must be sent back within 7 days of receiving it for it to be eligible for return to original form of payment. Any return sent back beyond 7 days from the customer receiving it is only eligible for a store credit. Any return sent back after 21 days of the customer receiving it is considered final sale and non returnable. Only items in new, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned.

Sale/markdown items with a price reduction of 10% or less are eligible for a full refund to original form of payment. Items with a price reduction between 11%-30% are eligible for a store credit, and items with a price reduction of 31% and greater are final sale and non refundable and non returnable.

How to Make a Return

Step 1

For domestic orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), you can request a return label right from your account. Return labels generated by RUTI have an additional handling fee of $15 which will be deducted from the return credit amount. Please take the following steps :
1. Click on "Account" in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select "My Orders" from the left hand navigation menu.
3. Locate the order that contains the items you wish to return and click on the "View Order" link.
4. Click on "RMA"
5. Click on the "Request a New Return" button.
6. Check the box next to the items you wish to return and fill out the return information.
7. Click "Submit Request"
Your request will be forwarded to the Ruti team and you will be notified when your return label is ready to be downloaded.
For international returns (including Hawaii and Alaska) and returns made without a RUTI generated return label, please go to your local post office and return your item to: Ruti Returns & Exchanges, 1300 Elmer St., Suite B, Belmont, CA 94002

Step 2

Print and affix the pre-paid label you were emailed to the package. Include the original packing slip and/or email confirmation inside the package.

Step 3

Drop off your package at your local UPS store within one week (7 days) of receiving the item from Ruti.
